Note: The DD-5404 has the peak repetitive reverse voltage of 200V which means that it is capable to drive load of upto 200V (But we can only drive load of upto 160V because 200V is its absolute maximum value and it is not recommended to use any component to its absolute maximum ratings). One important thing to keep in mind is that we can only replace it with its higher number when it comes to using the other diode of this series as a replacement because the higher number has more peak repetitive reverse voltage and the lower number have less peak repetitive reverse voltage but in some conditions.
